Heroin was seized during the execution of a search warrant in Fairbury Monday.

According to a press release from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, Ray Bahler was arrested for possession of a controlled substance after an ongoing investigation led to a search of the home on East Elm Street, where heroin was discovered.

Agencies involved included the Livingston County ProActive Unit, patrol and detectives, the Fairbury Police and Livingston County State’s Attorney.
