A young Pontiac man was killed in an ATV accident early Saturday afternoon in rural Pontiac.

According to Livingston County Coroner Danny Watson, 14-year-old Blaze Masching was riding the 4-wheeler in a field. The accident was unobserved and the ATV rolled over and Masching was trapped underneath.

Watson said an autopsy has been ordered and his office and the Livingston County Sheriff’s Police are investigating the accident.
