The deceased adult male that was found at Jaycee Park March 8 was positively identified as Louis O. Lowery of Pontiac, who was reported missing on December 19, 2015. Mr. Lowery was positively identified through dental records. His final cause of death is pending toxicology and histology. There is no evidence of blunt force trauma or penetrating trauma.
