A Pontiac man was sentenced to four years of prison Monday after being convicted on several felony driving charges.
According to a press release from the Livingston County State’s Attorney’s office, forty-two year old Eric Timmons was sentenced after bring tried for an incident that happened in June 2015 when employees of a local fast food restaurant reported a customer who appeared to be heavily intoxicated. Upon his arrest, Timmons’ blood alcohol content tested more than three times the legal limit. It was also found his license had been previously revoked for two prior DUI convictions.
He was convicted of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while his license was revoked.
