A 24-year-old Fairbury man was arrested and charged over the weekend on several felony drug counts.

According to Fairbury Interim Police Chief RT Finney, police were notified of a suspicious vehicle late Friday evening. When officers investigated, they found Dane Frickey in the vehicle, along with evidence of a controlled substance.

Frickey has been charged with possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, along with various items used to produce the drug.

He is currently being held at the Livingston County Jail with a $125,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 9.
