The Pontiac Fire Department responded to a small fire in the early morning hours of Monday.

According to Pontiac Fire Chief Scott Runyon, the call came in about a fire on the porch area of the home at 1402 Kennedy Drive. Runyon said the cause of the fire is undetermined and resulted in light damage due to burned siding.

The Saunemin and Cullom fire departments assisted.
