Although it won't exactly be the Blizzard of 2015, Central Illinois is expecting to get a substantial amount of snowfall this afternoon, mainly before 3pm.  If you are traveling today, please be careful, as the snow could be heavy at times.  The temperature is also expected to fall to around 13 by 5:00 this evening, with wind chill values as low as -3.  Expect it to be a little blustery, with north northwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.  The chance of precipitation is 100%.  Total daytime snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.  Everyone be safe and smart out there!
