Dozens of people gathered yesterday morning for the Pontiac Area Chamber of Commerce’s Issues and Eggs at Edinger’s Filling Station in Pontiac.

Guest speakers for the event were State Senator Jason Barickman and State Representative Tom Bennett.

Both talked about issues in Springfield and throughout the state and held a question/answer time at the end of the event.

Bennett said he and Barickman enjoy the chance to get out and talk to people and they gather ideas from constituents many times, taking those suggestions back to Springfield.
