The annual Red Fez Shrine Club Kids Day was met with warm, breezy weather Sunday and many children ready to play games.

Shrine Club member Dale Campbell said considering all the prizes were gone, goodies from the cakewalk were gone and all the raffle items were ready to go, he considered the day a success.

Although the day was a chance to entertain children with games, food and prizes, Campbell said many came with donations, which will benefit the Chicago Shriner’s Children’s Hospital.
