Wednesday was a big day for a 6 year veteran of the Forrest Fireflies at the Livingston County Ag Fair.

Seventeen-year-old Megan Ifft was standing by with her horse after the horse show and talked about the hard work that goes into that and her photography and vet science project she entered into the fair this year.

“It does take a lot of work but it is worth it in the end and the fair is always a lot of fun, so come out and see everything and maybe it will make them (younger children) want to try 4-H,” Ifft said.

The Livingston County Ag Fair runs through Saturday in Pontiac.
