Day one of the Livingston County Ag Fair kicked off bright and early Wednesday morning, and ten year old brothers, Hayden and Holden Miller of the Tractor Wheels 4-H Club, arrived with their swine to show.

The brothers have been part of 4-H for three years and Hayden, who shows pigs and chickens, talked about his favorite things about coming to the fair.

“It’s really fun. You get the farm life experience, if you do livestock. Even if you do the projects, it’s still really fun,” Hayden Miller said.

Holden shows pigs and says there are a lot of reasons for kids to join 4-H.

“Some people have livestock, and some people don’t like livestock and they may not like to do all the other projects, but there are some crafty projects,” Holden Miller added.

The fair continues at the 4-H Park through Saturday.
