BLOOMINGTON – McLean County Coroner Kathy Davis has identified the woman who was found dead in Funks Grove on Sunday.

The woman, 47-year-old Teresa A. Poehlman of East Peoria, was found dead at the Sugar Grove Nature Center Sunday night. In a news release, Davis said “preliminary autopsy reports indicate Ms. Poehlman’s death as a homicide”.

The incident remains under investigation by the McLean County Coroner’s Office and the McLean County Sheriff’s Department.
