A drug investigation by the Livingston County Proactive Unit led to the arrest of a Streator man, after drugs, paraphernalia and other items were seized.
According to a press release from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Police, the Proactive Unit executed a search warrant late Thursday evening at a residence on 12th street in Streator. Inside, heroin, hypodermic syringes, 112 grams of cannabis and other items were seized as evidence.
Darryl Gullens was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
Assisting the county were the Dwight drug unit, Trident task force and the Streator Police. The investigation is ongoing with other charges possibly pending.
