Pontiac District #90 is looking for two people who are interested in filling vacancies on its board of education after the consolidated election last week.
There were four available spots with only two people running for the position, and Superintendent Jon Kilgore explains the way a person could potentially fill an open seat.
“We are now seeking applicants for the two vacancies that we have as a result of Tom and Carla moving out. What you do is send a letter of application, and we’ll be posting the information on our website, but you send a letter of interest to ‘attention Roger Corrigan,’ who is our board president, but to the school at 1100 East Indiana Avenue,” Kilgore said.
For more information, contact the school by calling 844-6113.
