The Livingston County Health Department says 24 new COVID-19 cases were added to the county’s total on Thursday. That leaves 195 active cases in the county. Over the course of the pandemic, 3,872 people have been diagnosed with the disease, completed their isolation, and recovered. 67 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 complications.
