As last week ended, the Livingston County Health Department received word of 92 new cases of COVID-19 infection, as well as 3 more new cases at Pontiac Correctional Center.

The new information brings the county total to 1,491 cases with 417 still active. The report issued Friday also included information regarding the death of a PCC inmate, bringing the county’s fatality total to 15.

As always, more information is available at the Livingston County Health Department’s website at LCHD.US. COVID-19 testing is available weekday mornings at OSF St. James-John W. Albrecht Medical Center. Appointments are strongly encouraged and can be made through the health department at their website.
