NORMAL – Illinois State Athletics and Learfield’s Redbird Sports Properties have agreed to a new five-year partnership with WJBC AM 1230 and 93.7 NASH Icon.

As the flagship radio stations to the Illinois State Athletic Department, WJBC AM 1230 and 93.7 NASH Icon will provide live clearance of all Redbird football and men’s basketball games in the greater Bloomington-Normal area. In addition, fans will hear all ISU women’s basketball game broadcasts and football and basketball coaches’ shows on WJBC AM 1230.

The partnership between Illinois State Athletics and Radio Bloomington-Cumulus is managed by Redbird Sports Properties, a property of Learfield, which oversees all aspects related to Illinois State Athletics’ multi-media rights, including the Redbird Sports Network.

ISU is one of nearly 130 collegiate properties represented by Learfield nationwide. The company’s rich history includes over four decades of developing trusted, long-term relationships with some of the most revered institutions and associations in the world of college sports.
