PROUD is hosting a free movie for kids Saturday morning at Crescent Cinemas.

Interim Director Jessi Finkenbinder describes the event, which isn’t just a free showing of the movie “Hop.”

“Doors will open at 9:30 and the show begins at 10:30. We do recommend you come a little bit early because it does fill up pretty quick. It’s going to be at the Crescent Cinemas movie theater and they will be doing some discounted concession items and then after the show, we will be doing some different raffle items, some Easter baskets and different gift certificates, so if they stick around, they might have a chance to win, then there might be a surprise guest at the end,” Finkenbinder said.

The Crescent Cinemas is located at 313 W. Madison Street in Pontiac.
