Search warrant leads to cocaine bust

An ongoing investigation led by the Livingston County Proactive Unit led to the arrest of a Dwight man for felony drug charges.

According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Police, the search warrant executed in the 400 block of West Mazon Avenue Thursday netted 36 grams of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a .380 caliber pistol. Anthony Bauer was taken into custody for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and unlawful delivery of cocaine.

Assisting the proactive unit included the Dwight Drug Unit, Joliet Metropolitan Narcotics Squad and the Dwight Police.
