Harold Frobish has been named the Pontiac Rotary Citizen of the Year.

Frobish was a longtime judge in Livingston County and is also involved with the First United Methodist Church, Byrne and Humiston Trust boards and Habitat for Humanity, as well as the Livingston County Mental Health Board and past member of the Pontiac District 429 Board.

Frobish was very surprised by this award.

“The people that nominated me are fine people who know a lot about the Pontiac community and if they think I’m contributing, that’s important to me. I appreciate their support. I’m very surprised and pleased. Thank you,” Frobish said.

Frobish will be honored at a banquet at a later date.
