Election season is a busy time for many reasons, including state government, especially in Illinois.
Senator Jason Barickman was a guest on a recent Community Forum and discussed his plans in state government for the next few months.
“There’s an election around the corner in November that there’s a lot of attention on. Whether it be now before the election or after, my goal is to continue to put common sense and reasonable ideas on the table and try to find ways to get Speaker Mike Madigan and Governor Bruce Rauner to find some common ground on these things,” Barickman said.
