“Meals with Ease,” a diabetes-friendly meal planning class from the University of Illinois Extension office, is happening next Thursday from 1:30 to 2:30 at the Woodford County Extension office in Eureka.

This course will be taught by Extension Unit Educator Jenna Smith and participants will receive a diabetes-friendly meal plan with recipes and a list of mobile apps made for meal planning.
