A study out of England monitored 18,000 people over nine years, and found a really rough connection between money and happiness. If you make more money, it won’t make you any happier. But if you make less money, it just might make you sadder. Organized, ambitious people will get the most upset if they make less money, but If you’re a more laid back person, it won’t necessarily make you sad, but you’ll probably blame yourself and assume it’s because you’re putting in less effort. Want happiness? Researchers say the best things are spending more time with your friends and family, taking care of your health and trying to develop and grow. Personally, I’d rather have the money and here’s why; money may not buy happiness, but generally speaking it doesn’t buy poverty either!
