Pontiac Parks and Recreation is hosting a Mother/Son Date Night March 26 from 6:30 to 9.

The evening will have a super hero theme and Taylor Baxter, supervisor for Pontiac Parks and rec, said he is looking forward to seeing all the mothers and sons in their super hero outfits.

“I really want all the sons and mothers to dress up in their super hero outfits. I thought it would be a good theme and it was very adaptable to everyone. There are a lot of different ideas and superheroes and I just want to see as many people as possible show up to the event and dress up in their superhero outfits,” Baxter said.
