The Boys and Girls Club of Livingston County is a new recipient of an automatic external defibrillator.
Duffy’s Ambulance Service donated the item Friday afternoon and Gabe Vincent, general manager of Duffy’s Ambulance, said it’s important to have an AED available because every second counts and it ensures a better chance of survival for the patient.
Gary Beckman, CEO of the club, said it is a great contribution to the club, because they’re always looking to become safer.
