It was a big movie weekend across the US and some may be surprised how the numbers ended up, some may not.

The number one movie bringing in $41 million was Kung Fu Panda 3, in its first weekend in theaters. It was followed by The Revenant, bringing in $12.4 million (up to $138.4 million in its seventh week) and Star Wars: The Force Awakens, bringing in $10.8 million (totaling $895.4 million in its seventh week.)

Coming in at #10 was “13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, at $6 million (with $42.6 million in its third week).
