For the past 23 years, the market research company Harris Interactive has released an annual survey to determine America’s Favorite TV Personality.

Mark Harmon from NCIS ranked #1, unseating the #1 for the past three years, Ellen DeGeneres, who fell to #2 this year.

Rounding out the top personalities includes Jimmy Fallon, Steve Harvey and Stephen Colbert.
