The Blue Kid Campaign is going strong in Livingston County.

Judy Brucker, executive director for the Children’s Protection Network, said these are literally trees with cutouts of little blue kids decorating them. They are there to help collect needed items for families.

“Things like sheets, towels, backpacks, school supplies – simple things like laundry detergent and shampoo. If families are really in crisis, we have that available to give to them,” Brucker said.
