Billboard.com has put out a massive collection of ‘Greatest Hits of All Time’ lists. The highlights include a series on the best chart performers, on the Hot 100 singles chart and the Billboard 200 albums chart. Since it’s based on chart action and not necessarily actual sales, it levels the playing field between older and newer acts. Here is a brief rundown:
