The OSF Medical Group office in Chatsworth will be closed beginning today through Wednesday.

Calls during business hours will be answered by the OSF Medical Group office in Cullom and faxes to the office will not be possible while the project is underway.

OSF Medical Group – Chatsworth is located at 416 East Locust Street.
