Search warrant culminates in three arrests

Three Dwight residents were arrested Thursday after a search warrant came up with drugs.

According to Livingston County Sheriff Tony Childress said the execution of the search warrant came up with 3.1 grams of a controlled substance and a weapon. Anthony Barrera, Star Martinez and a juvenile were arrested for delivery of controlled substances and Barrera was also charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

Assisting the sheriff’s police were the Livingston County patrol units, Proactive Unit and Dwight patrol and K-9 units.

Childress said the investigation into this incident continues.
