The Pontiac Police responded to a group of people fighting Wednesday night, resulting in the arrest of three Pontiac men.
According to Pontiac Police Chief Jim Woolford, officers responded to a call at 223 W. Madison at 9:58 p.m. and were advised of a group of people walking down the street while swinging sticks at each other. When officers arrived, the victim said a person came to his house and started an argument, which escalated into a fight.
Luke Hamilton and Edward King were arrested on charges of mob action and Marcus Fultz was arrested for aggravated assault.
Woolford said the investigation into this incident is ongoing.
