The Pontiac Fire Department responded to a fire call late Saturday night.

According to the department, the call came in shortly after 8 p.m. to 1201 South Old Airport Road #21. The fire was confined to the kitchen area and no injuries were reported.

Assisting Pontiac Fire Department included Cullom and Saunemin departments and Duffy Ambulance.
