“Cooking with Fresh Garden Produce” is coming to OSF Saint James-John W. Albrecht Medical Center Tuesday, August 4.

This free program will include a food demonstration with Jenna Smith, registered dietician at the University of Illinois Extension.

Cooking ideas and recipes with fresh produce that fit with a diabetes diet will be the focus of the day.
