OSF Hospice Services has been selected to participate in the Medicare Care Choices Model, announced on July 20 by Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia M. Burwell.

OSF Hospice Services in the Bloomington/Normal and Pontiac areas serve patients in DeWitt, Ford, Grundy, LaSalle, Livingston, Logan, Marshall, McLean, Piatt, Tazewell and Woodford counties.
