With the 85th annual Livingston County Ag and 4-H Fair ending yesterday, many people attending the festivities are calling the event a success.
Eighteen-year-old Sierra Ruddy of Cornell, is looking back on her entire 4-H career and always said she looked forward to the fair for the exact same thing.
“I think the best thing about coming back to the fair is seeing all the kids you know,” Ruddy said. “When you come so many years, you may not be able to see all these people all the time. You gather in the same spot and you get to see them and possible compete against them. It’s always competition, but it’s fun competition, but it’s a fun competition. It’s something you enjoy and look forward to.”
