The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department is unveiling a new website.

Sheriff Tony Childress said this was a dream he had long before he was elected sheriff. He said it only makes sense his department would have a website with everything a person would need when it comes to jail, animal control and other resource links.

“I’ve always felt we should be the one stop shop for all,” Childress said. “There’s no reason why you need to go looking anywhere else for all of this stuff when you can come to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department’s website and everything is right there at your fingertips.”

Livingstoncountysheriff.com is full of nearly two dozen links, from submitting a tip to jail information.
