Livingston County Clerk Kristy Masching is making sure county residents know that county offices will be closed Monday (1/19) in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday observance. Many other facilities, including many banks and government offices, will be closed as well. The Pontiac Secretary of State's office will observe the holiday on Saturday (1/17) and re-open for regular hours on Tuesday.
