Two men are in custody in LaSalle County after a home invasion in Cedar Point early Thursday morning. 23-year-old Michael Gadd and 19-year-old Austin McAdams, both of LaSalle, stand accused of aggravated robbery and residential burglary. The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Department says the two entered a home at 208 4th street in Cedar Point in the early hours of Thursday morning. They carried weapons, but law enforcement officials now believe they were toys. Property was stolen and the two fled the scene of the incident on foot. Bond has been set at $500,000.
