The Pontiac Area Chamber of Commerce is looking for nominations for the 30th annual Athena Award winner.
Executive Director Mindi Terrell describes the person who should be nominated for the award.
“We have given out the Athena Award, which is recognition of someone within the community. It can be female or male. It’s someone who has really worked to promote women in the community, helped mentor, build women’s leadership skills, help promote women through their volunteer work – so we are looking for nominations for that,” Terrell said.
