Loyola has announced men’s basketball coach Porter Moser has signed a contract to keep him at the helm of the Ramblers for eight more years through the 2025-26 season. The NCAA commission on college basketball chaired by former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice has unveiled its recommendations. The commission favors elimination of one-and-done players by allowing 18-year-olds to declare for the NBA draft and harsher penalties for cheating coaches among its top recommendations. The commission also favors summer basketball reform and allowing undrafted players to return to school.
