The Pontiac Rotary will be holding a special banquet to honor Citizen of the Year Harold Frobish.
This event is planned for March 21 at noon at Baby Bulls Fine Dining. The cost of the meal is $20 and reservations can be made by calling Lori Pemberton at 844-6682.
