The second annual Pontiac 5K Run and Walk for the United Way of Livingston County is happening at 8 a.m. Saturday at the Pontiac Caterpillar Campus.
Deb Howard, executive director, said the group is looking forward to the event, sponsored by Caterpillar.
“I’m feeling pretty excited about it. Every time Caterpillar does something for the United Way, it’s a great turnout. We can’t be grateful enough for their support. It’s just going to be a great day. Ronald McDonald is coming so that will be fund for the kids. It’s just going to turn out to be a great day and I think we’ll have a lot of runners,” Howard said.
