State Representative Tom Bennett’s district offices in Watseka and Pontiac are up and running, and staff is ready to assist constituents with questions or concerns.
“To make the transition as easy as possible for local residents, we have retained the same office locations in Watseka and Pontiac that were set up by my predecessor. I’m very pleased to add that former Representative Harms’s Chief of Staff, Susan Wynn Bence, has joined my team so residents who contact my Watseka office will continue to benefit from the experience and dedication she brings to the job,” Representative Bennett said.
Representative Bennett said he has also brought on board Deputy Chief of Staff, David Littlefield, to staff full-time a second office in Pontiac. Representative Bennett said, “David will be a great addition to our team. Geographically, the 106th district is one of the largest districts in the state. Having two offices open five days a week will help make us more accessible to everyone. “
“It’s very important to me that everyone who wants to speak with me, or visit with me in person, can do that as quickly and conveniently as possible. My staff and I are here to help!” Representative Bennett said.
Representative Bennett said constituents may contact his offices at the addresses and phone numbers below, or contact him via webform by visiting his website at http://www.repbennett.com/ . Area residents are also cordially invited to March 9th Open Houses scheduled for both offices to meet staff and speak with Representative Bennett.
Representative Bennett's office in Pontiac is at 311 N. Mill, while the Watseka office is found at 342 W. Walnut street. In Watseka, the phone number is (815) 432-0106, and in Pontiac the number is (815) 844-9179.
