When I think of customer service, I think of talking to a person who can help me with whatever I’m calling about, but do we get an actual living, breathing human speaking to us? Well, not very often, and that’s why the number one gripe of hating customer service is talking to machines.
Others that topped the list include a salesperson who is rude and condescending, getting transferred to a rep who can’t help and being on hold for a long time.
