As of Last Week–640 COVID-19 Cases in Livingston County

Last week ended with Livingston County seeing 12 new COVID-19 infections including one new positive test at the Pontiac Correctional Center. That brings the county’s grand total to 640 cases with 93 remaining active. Five people are currently hospitalized and undergoing treatment for COVID-19-related issues and ten people have lost their lives since the pandemic began. The other 537 cases have been removed from isolation.

Of those who tested positive, 49 had no symptoms at the time of testing. More information on the COVID-19 situation in the county is available at the health department at (815) 844-7174.
