21 New COVID-19 Cases Reported in Livingston County

21 new cases of COVID-19 infection were reported to Livingston County Health officials this week. The cases range from  a person under the age of 20 to a couple in their 80s. Most of the cases are recovering in isolation, while the senior couple is hospitalized.

The state’s latest reports also indicate one new infection at Pontiac Correctional Center.

This week’s figures mean county residents have been tested 8,733 times. 255 of those tests were positive, 204 patients are out of isolation, 49 cases remain active with two of those individuals in the hospital,  and 4 cases have been fatal.
