Stop signs are replacing yield signs at several Pontiac intersections, and the Pontiac City Council is working to make sure drivers are aware. The changes are taking place on streets that intersect Locust Street between Howard Street and Indiana Avenue. That includes Livingston, Prairie, North, Polk, Pierce, Elmwood, and Chestnut Streets.
