A single vehicle accident in the early morning hours of Saturday claimed the lives of two Livingston County men.

According to Livingston County Coroner Danny Watson, Devon Millsap and Nicholas Hackney were pronounced dead at the scene by Deputy Coroner Steven Zeller. The black Mitsubishi left the road and went into the east ditch on Route 66 near 1600 North Road and the car rolled several times, ejecting both men from the car.

Pontiac Fire Department, Duffy Ambulance, Pontiac Police, Livingston County Sheriff’s Police, Illinois State Police and the Livingston County Coroner’s office responded.

Autopsies have been ordered.
