Evenglow Inn, in partnership with SIU School of Medicine and University of Illinois Extension is holding a Brain Health Luncheon Friday from noon to 1 at Evenglow Inn.

Marketing and Wellness Director Amy Eppel explains this luncheon is an annual event, though the topics change from year to year.

“This year, we’re going to do a live cooking demo and talk about a brain healthy diet,” Eppel said.
